Welcome to ImageRift. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ImageRift website at imagerift.com and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service"), provided under the ImageRift brand("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately at support@imagerift.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. License to Use the Service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan. The Service, including all underlying software, models, and brand assets, remains our property.
4. Acceptable Use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate NSFW, nude, pornographic, erotic, or sexually explicit content
- Generate sexually suggestive content involving minors or people who may appear under 18
- Generate deepfakes, face swaps, or identity manipulation without explicit consent
- Generate content that defames, harasses, or impersonates a real person
- Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
- Generate fake IDs, forged documents, or content intended to mislead or defraud
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or weights
- Resell raw API access or generated outputs as a stock-image library without modification
- Bypass rate limits, quotas, or other technical restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund and without prior notice in cases of severe or repeated violation.
5. User Content and Outputs
You retain all rights to the images you upload ("Inputs") and to the images you generate ("Outputs"), subject to your subscription tier's license. We do not claim ownership of Inputs or Outputs.
By uploading an Input, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to do so. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process the Input solely to provide the Service. We do not use Inputs or Outputs to train AI models. Anonymous uploads are cleaned up automatically; signed-in source images and generated outputs may be retained so you can view history, regenerate, save to your Gallery, download, or handle account and dispute records.
Commercial use of Outputs is governed by our Commercial License, which is granted to active Starter, Pro, and Business subscribers.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Each account may have only one active direct subscription at a time across Starter, Pro, and Business. Upgrades can start immediately, and the new higher-tier subscription replaces the lower-tier subscription. To avoid duplicate billing, checkout for the same plan or a lower-tier plan is blocked while you already have an active direct subscription.
Credit Packs are add-ons, not subscription upgrades. They add generation credits that are used after your direct monthly plan quota runs out, but they do not apply to Business team shared quota and do not unlock higher resolution exports, API access, team workspace, commercial rights, or any other entitlement that is not included in your active plan.
Abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, attempts to bypass quota or safety systems, and content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy may result in denied refunds, denied replacement credits, revoked credits, API key revocation, or account suspension.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice. Quotas may be adjusted with at least 30 days' notice for active paid subscribers.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Outputs will be accurate, free of artifacts, or fit for any particular purpose. AI-generated images may contain unexpected artifacts; you are responsible for reviewing Outputs before using them.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify ImageRift against any claim arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. We can terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact support first so we can try to resolve it directly. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you.
