ImageRift is for legitimate image-to-image creation: style transfer, image variations, product concepts, portrait cleanup, pet art, ecommerce visuals, and other lawful creative work. This policy applies to the website, dashboard, public share links, and API access.
1. Your responsibility
You may only upload images you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to process. You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, downloads, public shares, and use of outputs outside ImageRift.
2. Strictly prohibited content
You may not use ImageRift to upload, request, generate, store, share, or distribute:
- NSFW, nude, pornographic, erotic, or sexually explicit content
- Sexually suggestive content involving minors or people who may appear under 18
- Non-consensual sexual content, voyeuristic content, or requests to undress a person
- Deepfakes, face swaps, identity manipulation, or impersonation without explicit consent
- Celebrity impersonation or content that falsely suggests endorsement by a real person
- Fake IDs, passports, financial documents, receipts, credentials, or document forgery
- Graphic gore, torture, mutilation, or realistic instructions for physical harm
- Hate, extremist propaganda, terrorist material, or harassment of protected classes
- Illegal drugs, weapons construction, criminal instructions, or evasion of law enforcement
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, right-of-publicity, or confidentiality violations
- Attempts to bypass moderation, quotas, access controls, storage protection, or payment rules
3. Prompt and image review
We use automated safety checks on prompts, source images, generated outputs, and public sharing. These checks may block a request before generation, block a generated output before it is saved, delete unsafe uploads from storage, or prevent a public share link from being created.
For payment-platform compliance, blocked events may be logged with a content hash, category labels, matched policy rules, user or anonymous identifiers, and related task metadata. We do not keep unsafe media just to prove a violation unless required by law or platform dispute handling.
4. Sharing and public pages
Images are private by default. A generation can only become public when the owner creates a share link and the output has passed content safety checks. Public share pages must not be used to publish prohibited, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
5. Enforcement
We may block prompts, refuse generation, remove outputs, disable sharing, revoke API keys, suspend accounts, deny refunds for policy abuse, or report illegal activity when appropriate. Severe violations may lead to immediate termination.
6. Report abuse
If you find unsafe or infringing content, report it from the task or gallery view when available, or email safety@imagerift.com. Include the share URL, generation ID, or account email if you have it.
