This Commercial License explains how you can use images generated on ImageRift("Outputs"). It applies to active subscribers on the Starter, Pro, and Business plans. Free outputs are limited to personal, non-commercial use.
1. Plan summary
All plans allow personal use. Commercial use and watermark rules depend on the plan.

2. What you can do (Starter, Pro, and Business)
- Use Outputs in paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Use Outputs in marketing and editorial content (websites, blogs, newsletters)
- Sell physical products featuring Outputs (apparel, prints, posters, merchandise)
- Use Outputs in client deliverables, including agency or freelance work
- Post Outputs on social media for personal, brand, or client accounts
- Embed Outputs in videos, presentations, and games
- Modify, crop, color-correct, and remix Outputs without restriction
3. What you cannot do
- Resell raw Outputs as stock images. You cannot upload unmodified Outputs to stock-image marketplaces (Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Getty, etc.).
- Train AI models. You cannot use Outputs to train, fine-tune, or evaluate another AI image model.
- Claim sole human authorship. Where AI involvement must be disclosed (e.g. some publishing or contest contexts), you must disclose it.
- Generate content that violates the Terms. The license does not cover Outputs generated in violation of the Terms of Service (e.g. impersonation, infringing content). Such Outputs are not licensed at all.
4. Attribution
Attribution is not required, but appreciated. If you mention us, "Made with ImageRift" or a link to imagerift.com is plenty.
5. Term and survival
The commercial license attaches at the moment of generation while you are an active Starter, Pro, or Business subscriber. Once attached, it remains in force perpetually for that Output, even if you later downgrade or cancel your subscription.
Outputs generated while on a Free plan, or when a paid subscription is in a delinquent state, are not covered by the commercial license.
6. Indemnification
You are responsible for ensuring your specific use of an Output complies with applicable law and third-party rights (e.g. likeness, trademark, copyright). ImageRift does not indemnify commercial use of Outputs.
7. Resolution: when in doubt
If you're not sure whether your use case qualifies, email support@imagerift.com. We reply within one business day. We'd rather give you a quick yes/no than have you guess.
8. Updates
We may update this License. Changes only apply to Outputs generated after the effective date. Outputs already licensed under prior terms keep their original license.
