First-month money-back guarantee
For new paid subscriptions, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first charge if you have used less than 20% of your monthly quota at the time of the request. This applies to Starter, Pro, and Business plans.

We process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method. Your payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to settle.
Subscriptions, upgrades, and credit packs
Each account can have one active direct subscription at a time. Upgrades can start immediately and replace the lower-tier subscription; same-plan and lower-tier duplicate checkout is blocked. Credit Packs are add-ons used after your direct monthly plan quota, and they only add generation credits. They do not apply to Business team shared quota and do not add commercial rights, 2K or 4K-class export, API access, team workspace, or other plan entitlements.
What is not eligible
- Subscriptions older than 30 days
- Renewals (only the first charge of a new subscription)
- Accounts that have used 20% or more of the monthly quota at the time of the request
- Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service
- Policy-abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe generation attempts blocked by moderation
- Extra credits for source or output moderation blocks
- Credit Packs that have been used, refunded, disputed, revoked, or consumed by generations
- Annual plans pro-rated for partial use (we refund unused months minus the monthly-rate equivalent of months used)
Request cancellation anytime
Even if you're past the refund window, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you keep access until then.
Failed generations
Generations that fail due to a server error do not count against your quota. Content policy blocks are not eligible for refunds or extra credits. If you see a quota mistake, email us with the request ID - we'll fix it.
Chargebacks
Please email us first if you're unhappy. Chargebacks and disputes may freeze credits, subscription access, API keys, and pending generations while we review the case. Chargebacks filed without contacting us forfeit your right to a refund and may result in account termination.
